When should I use the DSers CSV Import feature?

When your selling platform is not on DSers' native integration list, or when you prefer managing products and orders via spreadsheets — CSV Import lets you bring your data into DSers' fulfillment workflow without waiting for platform integration.

How does CSV compare to native integrations?

Native integrations sync products, orders, and tracking automatically between your store and DSers. With CSV import, you can manually upload product and order data for unsupported platforms, and export tracking numbers in bulk when suppliers ship.

What types of data can I import via CSV?

DSers provides two CSV templates: Product CSV for importing your product catalog and setting up SKU mapping; and Order CSV for importing order data ready for fulfillment.

How does product and SKU mapping work with CSV imports?

First upload your Product CSV into My Products, then map each SKU to the corresponding AliExpress, Alibaba, or 1688 supplier SKU. Once mapped, subsequent Order CSV imports can automatically route to the correct suppliers.

What happens after I upload an Order CSV?

DSers validates your file format against the template structure. If correct, orders appear on the Open Orders page ready for batch submission. If there are issues, you receive an error report to correct before re-uploading.

Which sourcing channels can fulfill orders imported via CSV?

Orders imported via CSV can be fulfilled through AliExpress, Alibaba.com, 1688, and the DSers Supplier Agent Network.
