What Is QR Code
A QR Code (Quick Response code) is a type of matrix barcode or two-dimensional barcode that can store a wide range of data, such as URLs, text, or even contact information. Unlike traditional barcodes, which are linear and store data horizontally, QR codes store data both horizontally and vertically, allowing them to hold much more information.
What Are the Key Features of QR Code
- Square shape
QR codes are easily recognizable by their square pattern, which consists of black squares arranged on a white background.
- High data capacity
QR codes can hold up to 7,000 characters of data, compared to the typical barcode’s 20-character limit.
- Fast scanning
QR codes are designed for quick scanning, which is why they are called "Quick Response" codes. They can be scanned easily by a smartphone camera or QR code reader.
- Error correction
QR codes can still be read even if a portion of the code is damaged, thanks to built-in error correction mechanisms.
How to Apply for QR Code
- Choose a QR Code Generator

- Select the Type of QR Code
Decide what information you want to embed in the QR code, such as a URL, text, contact info, email, or Wi-Fi password.

- Customize the QR Code (optional)
