FAQ

What is DSers Multiple Stores Management?

Multiple Stores Management is a feature that lets you run several storefronts from one DSers account — connecting each store under Settings - Application Management - Store tab, importing and mapping products once then pushing to chosen stores, processing orders from all stores in a single order list, and monitoring inventory and pricing per store from one dashboard.

How do I connect multiple stores to DSers?

Go to Settings - Application Management - Store tab, connect each store by following the authorization steps for your selling platform. DSers supports integrations with over 20 selling channels including Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay, Walmart, and many others.

Can I push products to some stores but not others?

Yes. After importing and mapping products once, you can choose which connected stores to push each product to — giving you flexibility to offer different catalogs across storefronts without duplicating work.

How are orders from multiple stores managed?

Orders from all connected stores appear in a single unified order list — allowing you to process, filter, and batch-fulfill orders without switching between store dashboards or logging into multiple accounts.

Can I manage different pricing and inventory rules per store?

Yes. DSers supports per-store inventory and pricing settings — you can apply different markup rules, pricing strategies, and inventory sync preferences for each connected store, all managed from the same dashboard.
